What About 10,000 Steps In A Wheel Chair?
To ensure that everyone can be involved, 10,000 steps has trialled a way that people in wheel chairs can participate too! By attaching an odometer, from a bike shop, to your chair you can track the distance traveled.
At the moment you can convert your distance into steps yourself and enter these daily. 1km in a wheelchair equals roughly 1250 steps.
