Teams Rollover or Copy Feature
Navigating to the Step Log
Once you are logged in, click on the blue coloured "Step Log" tab to take you to your step log page.
Navigating to the Workplace Challenges page
Click on the "Workplace Challenges" link in the "My Workplace" section of the right navigation column to navigate to the Workplace Challenges page.
Workplace Challenge page
To navigate to a challenge, click on the start date (as highlighted) of the challenge. In this example we will select The 5 Week Challenge.
Workplace Challenge Teams page
This is a challenge page. There are four sections:
(1) Workplace Challenge: details the name, start date, target steps and distance, postcards to be sent, or not, from milestones and the number of teams in this challenge.
(2) Workplace teams: details the teams involved in this challenge and the statistics of the steps they have taken.
(3) Add Team to Workplace Challenge: allows you to add teams to this challenge.
(4) Copy Teams From a Previous Workplace Challenge: enables you to quickly transfer teams over from previous challenges.
Teams Rollover/Copy Feature
(1) Select which previous challenge you would like to copy teams from
(2) Press "Copy" when you are finished
*Please note this may take a few minutes if you had a large number of teams to be copied.
Once you click "Copy", this message will appear to say you have successfully copied your teams to the workplace challenge.
