Once you are logged in, click on the blue coloured "Step Log" tab to take you to your step log page.

On the "My Step Log" page, there are two links you can click to go to your "Monthly Steps Entry" page. Either of these links will take you to the same page.

Monthly Steps Entry page

The months allow you to back date your steps. You can go back to previous months (1), the month you are currently displaying (2), and you can go forward to the next month (3).

Days for the whole month that was chosen will open and you can edit/add your steps. Remember to hit 'Save'.
