Enter Health Assessment
Navigating to Step Log page
Once you are logged in, click on the blue "Step Log" tab to navigate to the Step Log page
Navigating to Add a Health Assessment page
Click on the "Add a Health Assessment" link in the "My Health Assessments" section of the right navigation column.
Add a Health Assessment page
Fill in your weight (1), height (2) waist (3) and hip (4) measurements, resting heart rate (5) and date (6). Click "Save" (7) when you have finished.
Once you click "Save" this message will appear on your screen to say that you were successful in adding a health assessment
