Join an Individual Challenge
Navigating to Step Log page
Once you are logged in, click on the blue coloured "Step Log" tab to take you to your step log page.

Click on the "Start an I-Challenge" link in the "My I-Challenge" section of the right navigation column.
Join an Individual Challenge page
Read through the different tasks and decide which one you would like to do by clicking on the radio button next to it. To deselect it, simply click on it again.
At the bottom of the "Start an Individual Challenge" page decide whether you like your name displayed on the public ranking chart (1) by selecting either the "Yes" or "No" radio button and click "Start" (2) to join a challenge.
