Don't Have Regular Internet Access?
For those who do not have regular internet access there are many ways you can still monitor your activity. The logbook that is packaged with our pedometers has space for 12 weeks or you can print our one-page Step Log to get started.
The main thing is to ensure that you consistently record whether it be on our logsheet, in your diary or in a notepad. To remind you, keep your logbook or logsheet in a visable place - i.e. on the fridge at home or on your board at work.
