Viewing Your Monthly Progress
Navigating to the Step Log page
Once you are logged in, click on the blue coloured "Step Log" tab to take you to your step log page.
Navigating to the Monthly Steps Summary page
Click on the "Monthy Steps Summary" link in the sub-navigation under the page title.
Monthly Steps Summary Page
(1) The vertical numbers on the left side of the graph shows the total of steps walked that month.
(2) The horizontal numbers on the base of the graph shows the month.
(3) Your total monthly steps can be found under the column titled "Total Steps" and your "Average Steps" column is next to it in the table. The "2009 Total" column is the total steps you have walked up to that month in that year.
(4) The "View History" section allows you to navigate to a particular month to see the steps walked, see below for more detail.
View history
To view the history of a particular month, click the arrow button to bring up a menu of months, scroll to the month and click on it to select it.
Once you have the month selected, click "Go" to see its history.
