Password Troubleshooting
I have forgotten my password.
- On the 10,000 Steps homepage, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ button. Here you will be able to enter to email address you are registered with and the website will automatically email you a new password.
- View the steps for the 'Forgot Your Password?' button.
- If you do not receive an email from us within 5 minutes see the tip below.
I have submitted a request to receive a new password but have not received an email with my new password yet?
- By using the Forgot Your Password feature an email is generated automatically from the website. Some workplaces and email providers block automatically generated emails from websites.
- In this instance simply use our Contact Us form and let us know that you haven’t received your password and ask to be given a new password.
