Registering With the Website
Without registering, you can only view our general information (library) and online discussions.
You must sign up as a 10,000 Steps member to access the step log, workplace, community resources and to participate in the online discussions.
Navigating to the Individuals Register form
Click on "Sign Up Today" button to go to the register form located just above the sub-navigation menu.

Fill in your details and click on the highlighted "Register" button when you have finished.
Tailoring Your Login page
Once you have registered, this "Tailoring Your Login" page will appear on the screen. Answer the questions by clicking on the radio button (1) next to the most appropriate answer. Please note you can only select one answer per question. Click "Next" (2) when you have finished and it will take you to "My Step Log" page (see below) where you can start recording your activities.
