Can more than one person be registered under an email address?
- Unfortunately no. Due to the way our system is designed, your profile is created from your email address and you email address acts as your ID.
- An option is to create an account with one of the free emails systems such as hotmail, yahoo or gmail and use this for the second person.
I am clicking the ‘Remember Me’ box on the home page but I always have to re-enter my email and password each time I open the website?
- How the ‘Remember Me’ button works is – if you login and tick it, it will remember you for up to 30 days as long as you do not log out. Simply close your browser when you are finished.
- Pressing the ‘Logout’ button and taking longer then 30 days to log back in will stop the ‘Remember Me’ button from working.
My email address has changed; do I have to register again with the Step Log using my new email address?
- NO, you do not need to create another account.
- Login to the Step Log using your old email address and password and you will be able to update your email address under the orange Profile tab.
- Once you have updated your email address, use your new email address and the same password to login in the future.
