About Friends Challenges
The 10,000 Steps Friends Challenges are a fun and interactive way to support and encourage your loved ones to take positive steps towards their health! All you have to do is choose your team members (if they haven’t already, get them to sign up on the 10,000 Steps website), choose which exciting virtual walking journey you wish to do (there are eight to choose from), then log your steps and watch as they add up and your team progresses along your chosen Challenge.
