Request Or Approve a Walking Buddy
Navigating to the Step Log page
Once you are logged in, click on the blue coloured "Step Log" tab to take you to your step log page.
Navigating to Request a Buddy page
Click on the "Request a Buddy" link in the "My Walking Buddies" section of the right navigation column to take you to the "Request a Buddy" page.
Request a Buddy page
Fill in the email address of the walking buddy you would like to invite (1), any relevant notes (2) then click "Send" (3).

Once sent, it will give you this message.
My Walking Buddies page
This is the "My Walking Buddies" page, here you will see see three sections; "Incoming Buddy Requests", "Outgoing Buddy Requests" and "Your Walking Buddies".
(1) Incoming Buddy Request: this is other people requesting you to be their buddy, waiting for your approval.
(2) Outgoing Buddy Request: this is your request to people who you would like to become your buddy.
(3) Your Walking Buddies: these are your current buddies.

Outgoing Buddy Requests section
The status of your buddy request will be "Pending" until your potential buddy answers. You can remove this buddy by clicking on "Delete" .
Your Walking Buddies section
Once your buddy approves you, they will be added to "Your Walking Buddies" section. If you no longer want this person as your buddy, just click "Delete" to remove them.
To Approve a Buddy
In the "Incoming Buddy Requests" section your Buddy's name and email address (1) will appear along with any notes (2). Click on "Approve" or "Deny" (3) your buddy.
