Join our monthly individual Challenges to stay motivated to move! Choose the journey that suits your activity levels and track your steps to reach the Challenge goal.
A new Challenge every month.
Our Monthly Challenges are free to join and allow you to you choose a journey length that suits your activity levels. As you track your steps, your progress will be tracked against your chosen journey until you reach 100% of your journey step goal on your Dashboard. Each month we have a new route exploring different parts of the world.
Enter your steps manually online or on our app (just search 10,000 Steps in your app store!). You can also connect with Fitbit, Garmin and Google Fit online in your Tracker Details, and Apple Health through the 10,000 Steps mobile app.
Each Challenge you start can be accessed in the Past Challenges section so you can look back and see how many amazing walks you have completed!
Complete your journey to win!

Every Australian member who completes their Challenge will go into our monthly draw to win a pair of Asics shoes generously donated by Asics, or a Garmin generously donated by Health Management Group! Whether you are walking or wheeling, every move counts and every challenge completed gives you an entry into the prize draw. Winners are contacted by email and announced on our Facebook page.
