1. Ensure you are logged in and on the Home screen.
2. Select the Step Log icon.
3. Select the required date.
4. Enter your steps and time (in minutes) of moderate and/or vigorous activity.
Select Done when you are finished.
5. Select Sync to sync your steps with the 10,000 Steps website and ensure they are included in your step statistics.
Note: Unsynced steps will appear red. Synced steps will appear blue.
