Logging in the Dashboard quick entry

1. Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard.

2. Select the plus sign to add steps.

3. Enter the number of steps you have walked.

4. Enter the time in minutes of any moderate activity.

5. Enter time in minutes of any vigorous activity.

6. Select "Save Steps".

7. Your Step Statistics will now be updated.

Logging in the Step Log

1. Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard.

2. Sect the "Step Log".

3. Enter the number of steps you have walked.

4. Enter the time in minutes of any moderate activity.

5. Enter time in minutes of any vigorous activity.

6. Select "Save Steps".

7. Your Step Statistics will now be updated.
