Logging in the Dashboard+ quick entry

1. Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard.

2. Select the plus sign to add steps.

3. Enter your steps and time (in minutes) of moderate and/or vigorous activity.

Remember to save your steps.

1. Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard.

2. Select the "Step Log".

3. Enter the number of steps you have walked and time (in minutes) of moderate and/or vigorous activity.
