The emails to reset a users password, notify of addition to a team, Coordinator approval and to view Tournament progress cards are sent automatically from a mail server. As these emails are sent from an automatic system, they can sometimes be marked as spam from other email servers. This often causes the email to be moved to the spam folder, or be filtered out by the central servers before it reaches the recipients inbox.  We do have a few steps to gather information which may help to find the email:

  1. Do you have any mail rules or preferences that are filtering automatic emails into another mailbox?
  2. Have you checked your spam folder?
  3. Do you have a technology department that may have filtered the automatic email into spam before it reached you?
