Thank you for your interest in our Queensland Walk Explore Steps Challenge (QWESC). The terms of the Survey Giveaway are as follows:
- The QWESC Survey will run for two weeks from Monday 4th September - Sunday 17th September, 2023.
- One winner will be chosen at random on Monday 18th September 2023.
- The winner will be given the option of a Garmin Vivosmart 5 (RRP $249) or a Fitbit Charge 5 (RRP $269).
- The winner will be given a choice of size and colour depending on the device and options available.
- The eligible winner MUST: be a member on the 10,000 Steps Website; be located in Queensland; have logged steps during the QWESC; have completed the entire survey and provided the email address which they used to register with the Program.
- The winner will be contacted directly by email to obtain a physical mailing address in order to send out their prize.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be drawn.
