My health for life is a FREE initiative, with qualified Health Coaches who help you discover ways to make healthier choices and create healthier habits, from wherever you are, at your own pace, in simple steps.

Available through one-on-one phone coaching, small group sessions, in the workplace, and culturally adapted sessions for CALD and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. My health for life is helping Queenslanders reduce their risk of chronic conditions like type two diabetes, heart disease and stroke, which are more common than you’d think.

Delivered over six sessions, you will work with your Health Coach to set your own goals and create a step-by-step plan to help you achieve them over time. Even if you have setbacks along the way, it’s okay and perfectly normal — you’ll be supported with tools and guidance to manage these when they happen.
