What Do I Do If I Don't Have An Activity Tracker?

A: You can use 10,000 Steps with or without an activity tracker!
Most modern smartphones come with built-in step tracking capabilities available through Apple Health or Android Health Connect.
Alternatively, you can use a hip or lanyard pedometer. Or estimate your steps by using step conversion based on the activities you engage in.
Whichever method you use, you can add your steps directly in your Step Log or on the app.
Remember, the primary goal is to increase your daily activity if you can, and be more mindful of your movement across your day. Every step counts!
